Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist; Residency Program Director, PGY1 Pharmacy and PGY2 Pediatrics

Dr. Dominique Mark, PharmD, BCPS, BCPPS is currently the residency program director for the PGY1 pharmacy and PGY2 Pediatric residency programs at Seattle Children's Hospital. She graduated from the Univeristy of Arizona College of Pharmacy, completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV and her PGY2 in Pediatrics at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital in San Francisco, CA. She has been practicing at Seattle Children's since 2012. Her current interests include pediatric inflammatory bowel disease, anticoagulation management, and pharmacogenomics. She has completed research in the management of Very Early Onset (VEO)-IBD as well as in treatment of iron deficiency anemia in the pediatric IBD populations. She is passionate about precepting and mentoring students and residents.
